Course: 2½ laps mixed trail

Awards: Winners Trophies
Finishers’ certificates with times.

Age categories: Male/ Female under 40, 40-59, 60+ (depending on entries)

Facilities: Free parking, mixed changing rooms and showers (20p), separate toilets, café, Bar, Covered heated swimming pool (no costumes!), games courts, outdoor gym, sun lawns.

Additional information:
The Naturist Foundation is a bona fide family orientated naturist club situated in 50 acres of woodland, and with a membership of over 400 members.

The BH5K Run is a well established and popular event.. Most competitors will run unclothed, but this is weather dependent; ladies may wish to wear a sports bra.

If you are offended by social nudity please do not enter.

Two forms of ID - photo and proof of address are required

Please note that photography is not permitted - our own official photographers will be taking photos of the event and we endeavour to snap each individual finisher. Rough proofs may be available for selection afterwards and only the person/ people depicted in a particular photo may request a copy. If you do not wish to be photographed at all, please indicate this on the entry form.

If you are new to club naturism we understand you might feel a little apprehensive. We do assure you of a warm welcome and you will soon find yourself at ease. Naturist etiquette requires that people sit on a towel when unclothed, and that behaviour is respectful and courteous, but apart from that take your lead from what everyone else is doing. You will not be expected to strip off the minute you enter the gates!
