Since 1993, Trevor and Elizabeth have been holding services during the summer season, in what is fondly known as the Campers’ Cabin, hence the name given to the band of worshippers who come from a wide range of denominational backgrounds.
The meetings commence with an Easter celebration, and continue at approximately monthly intervals until the end of August, followed by a well attended Carols by Candlelight service just before Christmas. Trevor has also conducted other special occasion services, such as Wedding Blessings, Renewal of Wedding Vows, Thanksgiving services, Funerals and Memorial services, and a Baby Blessing.
In August 2007, Trevor was ordained as an independent Free Church minister at a wonderful service held in a large marquee in our grounds, which was attended by over 100 people.
Trevor and Elizabeth would welcome contact with other Christian naturists, and also with other Christians who feel they might enjoy the naturist lifestyle but who are unsure of the religious ethics or connotations involved with ‘baring all.’
They look forward to hearing from you. You would be welcome to come along to one of the services, which are fairly informal, and which usually last for just over an hour.
Please do write to them c/o the Foundation, or email naturistchaplain@ntlworld.com
