DARE2BARE and challenge yourself to an unforgettable and liberating nude running experience.  Our 5K naked trail run takes you on a scenic adventure around our beautiful 50-acre private grounds, winding through peaceful woodland paths.

Our ankle tag chip-timing system accurately records your time and race position as you finish. On registration you’ll receive a lightweight, returnable ankle tag. There’s a naked 5K medal for everyone who completes the course and personalised printed certificates are available on request showing your race times and finishing position.  Our latest design trophies await those who finish in the first three ladies, first three men age 50+, first three ladies age 50+ and first three overall race winners.

After the run, stick around amd enjoy our fantastic facilities — relax in our 18 meter heated covered swimming pool, unwind in the sauna, or freshen up with our hot showers (20p). The Teapot Café serves hot food, and our licensed outdoor bar will also be open, perfect for refuelling and socializing.

If the weathers on our side, the fun will continue with additional afternoon games.

Step inside Club NRG for one night of light, colour, music and pure energy as Glow Crazy takes over on Saturday 12 September.
This year we’re turning up the technology with an immersive nightclub experience packed with UV, lasers, projection, glow effects and some serious sound.
Taking control of the decks throughout the night are DJ Foxy, DJ Beyandre and DJ:d — three DJs sharing the night and bringing their own sound and energy to the Club NRG dance floor.  Even more, this year we are joined by a live saxophonist!
Come ready to dance, glow and be part of it. Wear anything that glows, glow accessories, body paint or UV-reactive clothing and watch yourself become part of the show.
With table service, a full bar,  photo opportunities and surprises throughout the venue, this isn’t the usual club disco.
