Our facilities

Brocken Hurst offers relaxing surroundings where you can enjoy the sun laying by the pool, have a drink & a chat with your friends at the Jubilee Bar, or sample one of the many dishes available from our canteen in the Pavilion.

Take a stroll along the Woodland walk or take part in one of the many games tournaments held here throughout the season.

An area full of interest

The grounds of Brocken Hurst lie within the south-eastern Greater London boundary, are equal in size to London’s famous Green park and are adjacent to the M25 and M20 and extremely convenient for visitors wishing to visit the myriad attractions of London or to have quick access to London’s airports, or the the Channel ports for day trips.

There are several naturist beaches within reach, also the historic city of Canterbury, the Roman Villa at Lullingstone, Chislehurst caves, Winston Churchill’s home at Chartwell and many other National trust sites such as Penshurst Place and the lovely gardens at Sissinghurst with their literary associations.

For those that love shopping, Bluewater, the UK’s largest shopping centre is only a short drive away, with cinemas, restaurants and an abundance of shops to browse in.

For your stay here at Brocken Hurst our camping meadow has a varied selection of locations for short term visitors. Pitches are equipped with an electrical outlet, with an area set aside for smaller tents. Nearby is the shower/toilet block, & also a fully equipped laundry. Our camp site warden is on site to offer help and assistance if required.

Sorry, we are unable to take pets at this time. Sloping field so levelling blocks are required.

The campsite is open from 1st April or Easter, whichever is earliest to Mid October.

Heated / Open plan lounge and dining area / TV / Kitchen / 2 Bedrooms

The Chalet at Brocken Hurst is an attractive spacious timber building set in a glade to the central area of the site. The accommodation comprises of a large carpeted open plan lounge and dining area that overlooks the glade and woodland surroundings to the front. There is an L shaped sofa which turns into a bed, as well as a dining table and chairs. There is also a TV and DVD player.

Available for hire from 1st April or Easter, whichever is earliest to mid-October. Minimum 2 night stay requirement.

Prices from £90 per night which include accommodation, use of facilities and membership for the days booked. Further details on request.

Sleeps  up to 6 – 2 x double beds,  and 1 x double sofa bed.

Kitchen facilities include: Microwave, toaster, kettle, electric oven, gas hob and fridge with small freezer compartment. All crockery, saucepans etc included.

All bedding, bathroom towels and tea-towels provided. Please bring your own swimming and outdoor towels.
