Back by popular demand! A Murder Mystery dinner party like no other! 1950s.  Something Borrowed, Someone Blue You are invited to a society wedding! A nervous Groom is eagerly awaiting the arrival of his Bride, but as time ticks away it becomes apparent that something is badly wrong.  Fortunately, amateur sleuth (and local celebrity!) Miss Mapletree is amongst the guests, so takes charge of the search.  A tricky mystery that will tax even the keenest detective. Can Miss Mapletree work out WHODUNNIT? Your evening will start at 7.30pm where the bar will open. Your three course meal will be served from 8.00pm. Fancy dress optional! Come and join us at 11am for some fun games of Petanque. Everyone welcome.

Join us in the Pavilion at 8.30pm.  Come along and participate, or just sit and listen to an evening of music and much more. You are welcome to just turn up and either sing, play an instrument, or both. Recite some poetry, a monologue, or tell jokes. Whatever your talent is, come along and entertain. No pre-recorded tracks at this event - live music only. If you don't play an instrument but want to sing, please contact us to make arrangements. All abilities welcome. The National Petanque Championship 2025 is being held at Brocken Hurst from Saturday 14 June to Sunday 15 June, and is in conjunction with BN. Book your ticket(s) to compete, or just attend and spectate.  This will be a thrilling weekend, and second year being held at Brocken Hurst.
